Francesco Bufarini is a young Italian musician and performer who has recently moved to Melbourne. Passionate and knowledgeable about Italian folk music, Francesco collaborates with many of Melbourne’s best known Italian bands including Santa Taranta, The Rustica project, La Voce della Luna.

His music is an authentic product of Italian culture which attracts people of all ages and countries. A habitual performer at festivals, clubs, schools and associations, in 2016 Francesco contributed to Co.As.It.’s cultural program with a successful series of workshops on folk music from the various regions of Italy.

On 14 November 2017 Francesco and Co.As.It. will collaborate again on a one & only music night of Italian migrant songs. Join Francesco on a musical journey narrated through songs and stories! A one off, not-to-be-missed opportunity to experience the Italian migration epic through its music and history.
